HKE HOLDINGS (01726) announced that Mr. Ip Chi Keung will step down from his roles as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective December 31, 2025, due to an internal position reassignment. Mr. Ip will continue to serve as the Group's Financial Controller. Concurrently, Mr. Ho Ying Kit has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, with the appointment also taking effect on December 31, 2025.
