On 10 July 2026, SunCorp Technologies Limited (“SunCorp Tech”) informed shareholders who previously opted for electronic communications that the latest corporate documents—including the circular dated 10 July 2026, the Notice of Special General Meeting, and the accompanying proxy form—have been published on the company’s corporate-communications website (www.suncorptech.com.hk).

Shareholders encountering difficulties accessing the online materials may obtain printed copies free of charge by submitting a written request to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Requests can be sent by email (1063-ecom@vistra.com) or by post using the prepaid mailing label provided.

Investors may also revise their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications—opting either for hard-copy documents or electronic versions—at any time and at no cost. Changes should be made by completing Part B of the enclosed instruction slip and returning it to the registrar via email or mail.
