Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Ltd (HKEX: 00909) has announced the completion of a share repurchase transaction.

The company purchased 1 million of its own shares on July 14, 2026, at a total cost of approximately HK$1.3638 million.

The buyback price ranged from HK$1.35 to HK$1.37 per share.
