Vicon Holdings reported that as of 31 October 2025, its authorized share capital remained unchanged at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.01, totaling HKD 10,000,000.

The company’s issued share capital stood at 479,600,000 ordinary shares, unchanged from the close of the preceding month. No treasury shares were reported.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 30 November 2017, there were 40,000,000 outstanding share options at the end of October 2025, with no new shares issued pursuant to these options during the month.
