Bank Of Qingdao Co.,Ltd. (03866) announced that it received a notice from Qingdao Guoxin Industrial Finance Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Guoxin Industrial Finance Holdings") on November 3, 2025, regarding an increase in shareholding. From September 23 to October 31, 2025 (inclusive), Guoxin Industrial Finance Holdings acquired 83.43 million H-shares of the bank through the Stock Connect program, representing 1.43% of the bank's total shares. The transactions were conducted outside the bank's quiet period for periodic reports and sensitive periods for major events, using self-owned funds. Following this increase, Guoxin Industrial Finance Holdings' stake in the bank rose from 655 million shares to 739 million shares, increasing its ownership from 11.26% to 12.69%. Together with its concert parties, their combined holdings grew from 873 million shares to 956 million shares, raising their total ownership from 15.00% to 16.43%.
