China Sunsine wins fourth SIAS transparency award

On Nov, 13 2025, China Sunsine Chemical Holdings Ltd. announced that it has been named a winner of the SIAS Investors' Choice Awards 2025 for the Most Transparent Company Award in the Mid Cap category.

This is the fourth time the group has received the accolade, having previously secured the award in 2021, 2023 and 2024.

The award, organised by the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) and the NUS Business School Centre for Governance and Sustainability, recognises listed companies that promptly disclose material information and actively support shareholders’ rights.

Executive Chairman Xu Cheng Qiu said the recognition reinforces the company’s commitment to transparency and stakeholder engagement, and noted its recent inclusion in the SGX iEdge Singapore Next 50 Index.

China Sunsine produces rubber accelerators, insoluble sulphur, anti-oxidants and other vulcanising agents, and serves over three-quarters of the world’s top 75 tyre makers.
