C&D INTL GROUP (01908) announced that for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved cumulative contract sales attributable to company shareholders' equity of approximately RMB 71.03 billion. The cumulative contract sales building area attributable to company shareholders' equity was approximately 2.75 million square meters, representing year-on-year growth of about 7.5% and a decrease of about 15.8%, respectively.
