It has been announced that the board of MINIEYE (02431) has been informed that a group of senior management members, including Wen Qi, Zheng Wei, Cheng Zhui, Yang Yihong, Lin Zhao, and Luo Xiwen, have collectively purchased a total of 732,200 H shares of the company in the open market using personal funds, with the transaction completed by June 25, 2026.

The management group has communicated to the board that this decision to increase their holdings was driven by their strong approval of the company's recent progress in its Level 4 autonomous vehicle business. It also reflects their full confidence in the group's comprehensive, in-house developed platform technology, its integrated hardware and software R&D capabilities, and its leading mass-production capacity.

Furthermore, the executives expressed optimism regarding the long-term growth prospects of the company's Level 4 autonomous logistics vehicle operations. Based on a firm belief in the future development potential of the group, the management believes the current H-share price does not fully reflect the company's long-term investment value.
