Jan, 30 2026 — CDL Hospitality Trusts (J85) said it has issued 2,240,837 new stapled securities to its managers as partial payment of base management fees for the period from Oct, 01 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.

The stapled securities were issued at S$0.8199 each, comprising 1,977,204 units allotted to M&C REIT Management and 263,633 units to M&C Business Trust Management. The issue represents 80% of the management fees due for CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and CDL Hospitality Business Trust respectively, with the remainder to be paid in cash.

Following the issuance, CDL Hospitality Trusts’ total stapled securities in circulation stand at 1,273,011,283.
