On April 17, the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued an approval, granting Xie Kai the qualification to serve as the Chief Information Officer of Bohai Bank Co., Ltd.

According to his resume, Xie Kai was born in 1972 and holds the titles of Senior Engineer and Doctor of Finance. His previous roles include Deputy Section Chief Secretary in the Secretariat Office of the Agricultural Bank of China, Deputy Director and Director of the E-Commerce Department within the E-Banking Division, Director of the Innovation Business Department in the E-Banking Division, Party Committee Member and Deputy President of the Nantong Branch in Jiangsu Province, Director of the Mobile Finance Department in both the E-Banking and Online Finance Divisions, Director of the Business Cooperation Department in the Online Finance Division, Deputy General Manager of the Technology and Product Management Bureau, Deputy General Manager of the Online Finance Division, and Deputy General Manager of the Internet Finance Management Center for Agriculture, Rural Areas, and Inclusive Finance. He currently holds the position of Vice President at Bohai Bank.
