Planetree International Development Limited reported no changes to its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 1.15 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Planetree Int’l confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% as of 31 March 2026.
