NEXTEER (01316) jumped more than 8%, reaching HK$8.79, marking its highest level since January 2022. At press time, the stock was up 8% at HK$8.64 with trading volume of HK$185 million.

On the news front, Tesla CEO Elon Musk recently announced through his social media platform the detailed rollout plan for the highly anticipated FSD V14 version. According to the plan, Tesla will begin deploying the initial version as early as next week, followed by subsequent releases of V14.1 and V14.2 in a phased update approach to deliver this major upgrade to users.

Huayuan Securities believes that if Tesla's FSD V14 implementation exceeds expectations, it could further drive technological transformation across the entire autonomous driving industry. Additionally, the release of FSD V14 may further accelerate the commercialization of Tesla's Robotaxi business.

Guozheng International previously stated that NEXTEER is a global steering system leader and a scarce target in the autonomous driving and Tesla supply chain. Industrial Securities noted that the company has focused on automotive steering systems for over a century, with strong R&D and innovation capabilities and deep experience and technical accumulation. Its core products align with major automotive industry trends, with abundant steer-by-wire technology reserves that lead the industry, positioning it to continuously benefit from the automotive industry's transformation dividends.

With the continued production ramp-up of new orders and new customer projects, as well as the gradual implementation of cost control measures, the firm believes NEXTEER is poised for sustained revenue growth and profitability recovery.
