STELUX HOLDINGS (00084) has announced that on March 17, 2026, several of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, acting as tenants/licensees, entered into lease/license agreements with Ming Wah and Active Lights, the respective landlords/licensors. The agreements cover the lease/license of various office premises, storage rooms, parking spaces, and a warehouse. These agreements are effective from April 1, 2026, until March 31, 2027, for a term of one year.

Ming Wah is a company indirectly controlled by 30% by Mr. Chumphol Kanjanapas (also known as Mr. Wong Chong-Jeng), as defined under Rule 14A.06 of the Listing Rules. Active Lights is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yee Hing, which in turn is 55% held by a trust, of which Mr. Wong Chong-Jeng is a beneficiary.

The group has been utilizing the office premises and storage rooms in the Stelux Commercial Centre and the warehouse in the Kowloon Bay building primarily for office, administrative, and storage purposes. To prevent potential disruptions to the group's business that could arise from relocation, the group intends to continue leasing/licensing the relevant office premises, storage rooms, parking spaces, and warehouse upon the expiry of the existing agreements.

The directors believe that continuing to use these properties is in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders, provided that the relevant rents/license fees and other terms are on normal commercial terms, or are favorable to the group, and that the group can avoid incurring relocation and renovation costs.
