Enrollment opens and orders are taken right away! The second training camp of the Wuxi AI Film and Television OPC Center has arrived. Recently, on the 17th floor of the north building of the Wuxi Radio and Television Media Center, the second practical training camp of the Wuxi AI Film and Television OPC Center opened, with 47 trainees seated in the classroom.

The two-day course schedule was packed: script breakdown, prompt engineering, nine-grid storyboarding, image-to-video generation, and post-production editing. The highlight on the second day was a full-process simulated order dispatch 鈥?each trainee independently completed a simulated commercial order according to the OPC's real order dispatch standards. It was not just about listening; it was about truly "taking orders."

A livestream opened the door

Not long ago, on the morning of September 15, the "Wuxi Cloud Recruitment" livestream room of the Wuxi Talent Service Center began broadcasting at the OPC Center. Staff members introduced the overall situation and the AI film and television production process to the camera, with a key focus on promoting the second training camp that was being recruited; the "Wuxi Bobao" video account streamed simultaneously. This livestream was responsible for "opening the door," while the training camp was responsible for catching the people. On the day the camp opened, it had been just 50 days since the Wuxi AI Film and Television OPC Center was launched.

How does the OPC Center operate?

The Wuxi AI Film and Television OPC Center is built and operated by Guangxin Company under Wuxi Radio and Television Group (Station), focusing on the production of AI film and television products and adopting an operating model of "central coordination and distributed execution": setting production standards, connecting with platform orders, controlling delivery quality, and recruiting promising AI creators from society and universities; after practical training and certification, creators join the center, take on real commercial projects, and are paid by the piece.

Young officials also come to learn AI

On the same morning that the training camp opened, a lecture activity titled "From 'Pen Holder' to 'Camera Sense': Young Officials' 'New Basic Skills' in the AI Era," hosted by the Wuxi Young Officials Integrated Media Training Base, was also held at the Radio and Television Media Center. The speaker was Sun Xiao, head of the AI product unit of Guangxin Company. Twenty-two young officials from various fronts across the city attended the training and gained an on-site understanding of the AI film and television production process. Knowing how to use AI is changing from a job skill into a public capability.
