The board of STERLING GP (ASX: 01825) has announced the appointment of Ms. Luo Yuechan, also known as Ms. Luo Tingting, as an executive director, effective from July 2, 2026.

Following this appointment on the same date, Ms. Wang Meihui, the company's chairperson, executive director, and chief executive officer, will step down from her role as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's listing rules.

Ms. Luo Yuechan will be appointed as the new authorized representative to fill the resulting vacancy.
