IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) said on Oct, 12 2026 that the Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) increased its direct stake in the hospital group.

On Oct, 07 2026, EPF bought 3.70 million ordinary shares through Citigroup Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd, bringing its direct holding to 1,180,998,970 shares, or about 13.366% of IHH’s issued share capital.

No financial terms of the transaction were disclosed.
