United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) said on Nov, 28 2025 that it has shifted 13,200 ordinary shares from its Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) register to its Singapore Exchange (SGX) register.

According to the company, the ASX‐listed register increased to 349,748,336 shares from 349,735,136 shares, while the SGX‐listed register decreased to 1,355,225,260 shares from 1,355,238,460 shares. The overall number of issued shares remains unchanged at 1,704,973,596.
