Mandate utilisation and moratorium • Since the 2 June 2026 mandate was granted, Xiaomi has repurchased 14.30 million shares, equivalent to 0.06% of the issued share base at the mandate date. • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is barred from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 July 2026 following these repurchases.

Capital structure snapshot (post-issuance, pre-cancellation) • Class B shares outstanding: 21.39 billion • Class A shares outstanding: 4.45 billion • Total shares outstanding: 25.84 billion

The disclosed actions indicate Xiaomi’s concurrent use of targeted equity incentives and an active buyback program within the parameters approved by shareholders and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
