COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (F83) said on Oct, 21 2025 that its subsidiary, COSCO Shipping Marine Engineering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., has entered into two framework agreements with Shenzhen Ocean Shipping Co. Ltd.

The Ship Repair and Service Agreement covers ship repair, technical consulting, equipment supply and inspection services, while the Ship Materials Procurement Framework Agreement sets out terms for supplying ship materials. Both accords outline quality, safety and compliance requirements but do not carry immediate monetary value.

Shenzhen Ocean Shipping is an associate of the company’s controlling shareholder, China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited, making the future definitive sales and service contracts “interested person transactions” under Singapore Exchange rules. Any subsequent agreements will be subject to the group’s existing shareholders’ mandate for interested person transactions.
