China Hongqiao Group Limited (CHINAHONGQIAO) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 21 August 2026 at the company’s office in Cheung Kong Center, Central, Hong Kong. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The meeting will also address other regular board matters. As of the announcement date (10 August 2026), the board comprises eleven directors: four executive directors, three non-executive directors (including one alternate), and four independent non-executive directors.

The interim results approval is a key step in the company’s financial reporting cycle and will provide investors with updated operational and financial performance data for the first half of 2026.
