Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed that its issued share capital remained at 1.08 billion ordinary shares as of 26 June 2026, despite an active on-market buyback programme during May–June.

From 8 May to 26 June 2026 the company repurchased 169,000 shares for cancellation at prices ranging between HKD 2.62 and HKD 2.86 per share. The latest transaction, executed on 26 June, involved 4,000 shares at HKD 2.65–2.66, costing HKD 10,630. Under the shareholder mandate granted on 11 May 2026, Tenfu is authorised to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares, equivalent to 10% of the share capital on that date. The 167,000 shares bought back on the Exchange since the mandate represents 0.02% of the authorised limit and 0.02% of the company’s issued shares at mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Tenfu is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 26 July 2026, 30 days after the most recent repurchase. All repurchases were approved by the board, funded from internal resources and executed in compliance with the Main Board Listing Rules.
