On 21 July 2026, Wah Wo Holdings Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Annual Report are now available on both the company website (www.wahwoalum.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to review the report electronically. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online files may obtain a free printed copy by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 9938-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring ongoing electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is recorded, publication notices will be sent only in printed form.
