Huijing Holdings (09968) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a consolidated net loss attributable to parent shareholders of RMB 226 million, a year-on-year reduction of 9.71%.
The group recorded total revenue of RMB 21.497 million during the reporting period, marking a significant decline of 84.21% compared to the corresponding period in the prior year. The loss per share stood at RMB 0.04, according to the company's official announcement.
As detailed in the filing, the gross floor area delivered dropped sharply to 1,802 square meters from 23,929 square meters recorded in the six months ended June 30, 2025, representing a substantial decrease of approximately 92.5% year-on-year. Concurrently, the average selling price fell to RMB 3,678 per square meter from RMB 4,924 per square meter, a downturn attributed primarily to the sluggish recovery in the real estate markets of certain cities, which consequently exerted downward pressure on property prices for delivered units.
