Titled *Nationwide War of Resistance: All Are Heroes*, the project represents a technological breakthrough while bringing red memories to life in the AI era.
In 2025, AI animated series began to emerge and develop rapidly. This format uses AI technology to automate processes such as storyboard generation, character and scene creation, and voice dubbing and scoring, transforming online literature scripts into content that combines the texture of comics with dynamic effects.
The AI animated series *Nationwide War of Resistance: All Are Heroes* is adapted from the original novel *Air Combat Heroes: The Biography of Chen Huaimin* by Qingshang Guyue, a signed author on Lianshang Literature's "Zhulang Wang" platform. The story is based on the real-life prototype of Chen Huaimin, a 22-year-old anti-Japanese war martyr and Air Force pilot from Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. During the "April 29th Air Battle" in Wuhan, he resolutely crashed his plane into an enemy aircraft, sacrificing his life heroically and embodying the true spirit of a hero with his actions. This work has been selected for the Jiangsu Writers Association's 2025 literary project.
This production serves as a vivid example of cultural innovation in the AI era. Using technology as a vehicle, it brings fervent patriotic sentiments to the screen, allowing audiences to genuinely feel the profound meaning of "the land remains peaceful, the martyrs are not far away" within a compact viewing experience. It also helps red culture attract a younger, trendier fanbase through more contemporary methods.
