Soon Hock Enterprise Holding Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Soon Hock Property Development Pte. Ltd., has obtained a partial Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) from Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority for phase one of the Stellar@Tampines industrial development.

The partial TOP covers the entire project except for the ninth storey and a first-storey covered linkway. Stellar@Tampines comprises a nine-storey, multi-user ramp-up B2 industrial facility with 307 factory units, four industrial-canteen units and a basement carpark at Tampines North Drive 4.

Following the permit, the company plans to start handing over units to purchasers and expects to recognise the related revenue and profit within the current financial period, subject to completion of legal documentation and payment milestones. Detailed financial effects will be provided in its results for the year ending Dec, 31 2025.

The company noted that the timing and amount of revenue recognition may vary depending on purchasers’ acceptance, payment schedules and other operational factors.
