Sinotrans Limited announced it will hold an online briefing to discuss its unaudited consolidated results for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

The session is set for 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. (Beijing time) on 8 May 2026 and will be conducted via text interaction on the SSE Roadshow Center (https://roadshow.sseinfo.com). Management will address financial performance for the first quarter and respond to questions of broad investor interest submitted in advance or during the event.

Questions can be lodged through the “Questions Collection” function on the SSE Roadshow Center or emailed to ir@sinotrans.com until 11:00 a.m. on 7 May 2026. Post-event transcripts will remain available on the same platform.

Participants from Sinotrans will include Chairman Zhang Yi; Director, President and Chief Digital Officer Gao Xiang; the four independent non-executive directors; Vice President, Board Secretary and General Counsel Li Shichu; and Chief Financial Officer Li Xiaoyan.

The company plans to publish its first-quarter 2026 results on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 28 April 2026. All communications during the briefing will adhere to applicable information-disclosure regulations.
