The company urges shareholders, particularly non-registered holders whose shares are maintained through intermediaries, to access the English or Chinese versions electronically (the “Website Version”) as the preferred method of communication.

Non-registered holders unable to receive email notifications or to view the Website Version can obtain printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost. To do so, they must complete and sign the provided Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 182-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who wish to receive future corporate communications electronically should supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of publication notices.
