On 29 April 2026, China Tianrui Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.trqcns.com) and to the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the digital versions; however, printed copies of all current and future corporate communications remain available free of charge upon request. To obtain hard copies, shareholders must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or submit the request via email (6162-ecom@vistra.com).

The company reminds shareholders to provide or update a functional email address. Without a valid email address on record, the registrar will default to sending printed notices and actionable communications until electronic contact details are supplied.

The ESG Report 2025 is distributed exclusively in electronic form. Shareholders can access it by selecting “Announcements and Circulars” under “Investor Relations” on the company’s homepage or through the HKEX website.
