Kingboard Holdings Limited reported that as of February 28, 2026, the total authorised share capital remained HKD 277.30 million, comprising 2.00 billion authorised ordinary shares and 100 authorised preference shares. The ordinary share portion accounted for HKD 200.00 million in authorised share capital, and the preference share portion accounted for HKD 77.30 million.
