SBS Transit Ltd announced on May, 06 2026 that it has granted 811,888 ordinary shares under its SBS Executive Share Scheme.

The awards were issued at a reference price of 3.57 Singapore dollars per share and will vest evenly over four years, with 25% becoming unrestricted each year.

Director Sim Vee Ming received 100,000 shares, while 711,888 shares were allocated to eligible employees. No shares were granted to controlling shareholders or their associates.
