CapitaLand Ascott Trust announced that it has completed the divestment of The Robertson House by the Crest Collection, a hospitality property located at 1 Unity Street in Singapore.

The transaction was carried out through Perpetual (Asia) Limited, acting as trustee of Ascendas Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Ascott Trust. The sale and purchase agreement for the property was first disclosed on May, 29 2026.
