On August 16, Sevenfresh Coffee, a fresh-brewed beverage brand under the JD Group, will officially open its first 24-hour smart unmanned coffee shop in Beijing's Chaoyang District at Galaxy SOHO.

All beverages at the store, from grinding and brewing to preparation and serving, are executed entirely by robots, operating around the clock without interruption. During the opening event, the shop will live stream for 24 hours, offering free coffee prepared by robots to customers who visit in person.

Sevenfresh Coffee leverages AI large models and embodied intelligence to deliver personalized coffee flavors tailored to individual tastes. This initiative is part of JD’s broader strategy to build the world's largest physical-world operations center, enhancing daily life through AI technology.

The store is a fully unmanned coffee shop, producing a range of drinks including coffee, tea, and other beverages, with automation covering every step from order placement to ingredient preparation. Customers place orders via a self-service kiosk, and an in-store smart screen displays the entire process—from cup dropping and ice filling to brewing and placement—for each drink. Standardized robotic procedures ensure consistent quality with no human contact throughout the production line.

The shop also features an embodied intelligent robot that places finished beverages into self-service cabinets, creating a complete loop of fully automated production and robotic service. Beyond standardized output, Sevenfresh Coffee offers DIY customization: customers can adjust sweetness, coffee strength, and juice concentration to a fine degree from 1% to 100% before ordering. After customization, they can name their drink and generate a personalized card to share.

In the future, Sevenfresh Coffee plans to introduce AI-driven personalized recommendations based on taste preferences, providing precise suggestions for daily caffeine intake tailored to individual health conditions, promoting healthier consumption. A standout feature of this store, beyond its fully automated, unmanned nature, is its 24-hour operation, continuously supplying coffee, tea, sparkling water, and probiotic juice beverages.
