Ocumension-B (Ocumension Therapeutics) announced board changes dated 26 March 2026.

Mr. Ting Yuk Anthony Wu will retire as independent non-executive director (INED) at the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) after more than five years of service. His departure also ends his roles as chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. The board confirmed no disagreements and stated that operations will remain unaffected.

To fill the vacancy, the board proposes appointing Ms. Beibei Zhuang, 45, as INED upon shareholder approval at the AGM. She is slated to become chairwoman of the Audit Committee and join both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Ms. Zhuang brings over 15 years of auditing experience. She served at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP from August 2006 to May 2025, culminating as an audit partner, and has been an audit partner at BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP since June 2025. Academic and professional credentials include a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Nanjing Audit University, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) status, and China Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualifications.

The Nomination Committee and the board affirmed Ms. Zhuang’s independence under Rule 3.13 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. She holds no shares in Ocumension-B, has no ties to management or major shareholders, and has not been a director of any other listed company in the past three years.

Subject to shareholder approval, Ms. Zhuang will sign a three-year appointment letter, be subject to rotation at least once every three years, and receive an annual director’s fee of HK$0.20 million, with any additional benefits at the board’s discretion.
