Tesla Motors has seen a wave of executive departures, with key leaders from its Cybertruck, Model 3, and Model Y projects leaving the company amid fluctuating sales and uncertain prospects for the electric vehicle maker.

According to LinkedIn posts, Siddhant Awasthi, who served as project manager for the Cybertruck for three years, has departed. Awasthi joined Tesla Motors as an intern in 2017 and transitioned to the Model 3 project in July this year.

In his post, Awasthi wrote, "This decision wasn’t easy, especially as the company is poised for exciting growth."

Meanwhile, Emmanuel Lamacchia, project manager for the Model Y SUV, also announced his departure after eight years at Tesla Motors. Neither executive disclosed their next career moves.

Tesla Motors did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

These departures continue a trend of high-profile exits at Tesla Motors. The company faces weakening consumer demand and the loss of key U.S. subsidies while pursuing new ventures such as self-driving taxis and humanoid robots.
