OrbusNeich Medical Group Holdings Limited announced on 14 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, the circular containing the notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting and proxy form, together with the standalone 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, have been uploaded to both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (https://orbusneich.com).

The annual report, AGM circular and proxy form are available in English and Chinese. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. The ESG Report is published exclusively in electronic format; shareholders requiring a hard copy must submit a written or emailed request.

The board reiterated its transition to mandatory electronic dissemination of corporate communications, first notified on 2 February 2024. With immediate effect, all future corporate documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided online only.

Exceptions apply to “Actionable Corporate Communications”, which the company will continue to send individually in printed form or by email according to each shareholder’s stated preference, in addition to online publication.

To ensure timely access to information, shareholders are urged to supply a valid email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form to the share registrar. Absent a functional email address, investors must monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for updates; in such cases, only Actionable Corporate Communications will be mailed in hard copy.

Shareholders preferring printed versions of all future corporate communications may opt in by notifying the registrar via the reply form or email. Such an instruction will remain effective for one year from receipt.
