Archosaur Games Inc. (9990) issued an announcement on 19 November 2025 stating that Archosaur Entertainment, its wholly owned subsidiary, subscribed to multiple wealth management products through Standard Chartered Hong Kong. The total outstanding investment value of these products reached US$20.0 million as of the announcement date.

Archosaur Entertainment subscribed to two sets of products. In May 2025, it invested in two Total Return Credit Linked Investments with embedded currency hedge arrangements for US$3.5 million each. On 19 November 2025, it subscribed to two Bond Linked Notes in principal amounts of US$7.0 million and US$6.0 million, respectively. The underlying instrument for the Bond Linked Notes is US Treasury Notes (4.0% per annum, maturing on 15 November 2035), bearing coupon rates of 5.23% and 5.38% per annum.

The board indicated that the subscriptions use surplus funds and aim to generate stable returns while ensuring capital safety and liquidity. After aggregating the transactions under the same counterparty and considering that the highest applicable percentage ratio exceeds 5% but is less than 25%, the overall transaction qualifies as a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules. It therefore requires announcement and notification but is exempt from shareholder approval requirements.
