SWANGCHAICHUAN (02321) announced that Mr. Yeung Kwong Wai has resigned from his positions as (i) Company Secretary, (ii) Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and (iii) Authorized Representative for receiving legal documents or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective November 20, 2025, due to other commitments. Mr. Lau Wai Piu has been appointed as (i) Company Secretary, (ii) Authorized Representative, and (iii) Legal Process Agent, all effective from November 20, 2025, succeeding Mr. Yeung.
