Xin Juhong's IPO Under Scrutiny: Two Clients Drive 70% of Revenue While Key Supplier's Entity Has Been Dissolved

Wuxi Xinjuhong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Xin Juhong") is set to face review by the Beijing Stock Exchange Listing Committee on August 21, 2026. The company has captured market attention with its striking growth trajectory—net profit attributable to shareholders was under 20 million yuan in 2023, yet surged to 176 million yuan by 2025, and in the first half of 2026 alone, it posted revenue of 1.112 billion yuan with net profit of 273 million yuan. However, beneath this impressive growth curve lies a financial puzzle worth examining: a rushed dividend distribution of 60 million yuan just before the IPO, followed by a request to raise 60 million yuan from the market for "working capital replenishment"; customer concentration climbing steadily to over 83%, with two major clients accounting for more than 70% of revenue; a key supplier with only 2 insured employees quietly dissolving its operations; and accounts receivable surging 130% to 932 million yuan within six months while operating cash flow flipped from positive to negative.

Two Major Clients Prop Up 70% of Revenue

Xin Juhong's growth is almost entirely tied to two leading optical module manufacturers—Zhongji Innolight and Eoptolink. According to the prospectus, from 2023 to 2025, the top five clients' revenue share rose consecutively to 80.14%, 82.30%, and 83.33%, with just Zhongji Innolight and Eoptolink together contributing approximately 70% of total sales. The optical module industry is inherently characterized by extreme head concentration, with the global top ten manufacturers capturing 97% of market share. This means that if overseas cloud providers such as Nvidia and Meta reduce capital expenditures, leading to a contraction in 800G/1.6T optical module procurement, and Zhongji Innolight and Eoptolink simultaneously cut back on purchases of bases and lenses, Xin Juhong's orders would face a cliff-like decline. Although the company stated in its response to inquiries that it is continuously expanding overseas clients such as Coherent and Hisense Broadband, these new clients contribute limited revenue and cannot offset order fluctuations from the two core clients in the short term. This concentrated customer structure poses a risk to the company's ability to sustain operations.

Supplier with Only 2 Insured Employees Handles Over 100 Million in Procurement—Main Supplier's Entity Quietly Dissolved

In contrast to the high customer concentration, the supplier side reveals even more striking anomalies. From 2023 to 2025, the company's primary supplier of tungsten-copper alloy for optical module chip base products was Huaertaide. The amount of procurement from Huaertaide accounted for 86.04%, 84.59%, and 79.78% of total raw material procurement for optical module chip base products in each respective period—a notably high proportion. Interestingly, Huaertaide, the company's largest supplier for three consecutive years, had its main entity, Shenzhen Huaertaide Technology Co., Ltd., quietly dissolved in July 2026. Tianyancha data shows that this core supplier had only 2 insured employees in 2024 and zero in 2025. Huaertaide—with minimal registered capital of 1 million yuan and a negligible workforce—managed to handle over 100 million yuan in procurement (12.687 million yuan in 2025 alone). The authenticity of its production capacity, transaction legitimacy, and pricing fairness all warrant close scrutiny. Even more concerning is that after actual controller Sun Liangliang's divorce, his ex-wife Liu Ling's younger sister, Liu Wei, continues to manage the company's procurement. Does this overlap between familial ties and procurement management authority create risk exposure? The prospectus reveals that Sun Liangliang's former spouse, Ms. Liu Ling, currently holds 4.17% of the company's shares, served as a director from June 2024 to January 2025, and currently works as an assistant in the general manager's office. Meanwhile, Sun Liangliang himself serves as the company's general manager.

Explosive Earnings Growth vs. "Paper Wealth"

From 2023 to 2025, the company's revenue reached 200 million yuan, 465 million yuan, and 812 million yuan respectively, with a year-on-year increase of 74.55% in 2025. Net profit attributable to shareholders was 18 million yuan, 87 million yuan, and 176 million yuan over the same period. In the first half of 2026, revenue hit 1.112 billion yuan, up 266.64% year-on-year, with net profit of 273 million yuan, up 365.55%. However, as of June 30, 2026, the book value of accounts receivable reached 932 million yuan, a 130.58% increase—up 527 million yuan from just 405 million yuan at the end of 2025. More alarmingly, the ratio of receivables to revenue is worth noting. From 2022 to 2025, the proportion of notes receivable and accounts receivable relative to revenue stood at 40.66%, 63.40%, 53.58%, and 55.91% respectively. This has been accompanied by a sharp deterioration in cash flow. In the first half of 2026, net operating cash flow swung from a net inflow of 14.36 million yuan in the same period last year to a net outflow of 89.7 million yuan, a decline of 724.86%. The 273 million yuan in net profit has not been converted into actual cash retained within the company—a classic case of "paper profits."

According to Xin Juhong's prospectus, the company has made three cash dividend distributions: 30 million yuan on December 31, 2021, 25 million yuan on December 18, 2023, and 5 million yuan on January 24, 2025, totaling 60 million yuan. The latter two distributions fell within the reporting period, with the most recent one occurring just over half a year before the filing. In this IPO, the company plans to raise 691 million yuan, with 60 million yuan earmarked for "working capital replenishment" in the fundraising list. Where did the distributed 60 million yuan end up? As of the signing date, actual controller Sun Liangliang directly and indirectly controls 66.47% of the company's voting rights. This means Sun Liangliang has received approximately 40 million yuan in total from the three dividend distributions.
