Datronix Holdings Limited (“Datronix”) has issued a notice that a Special General Meeting (SGM) will take place on 28 November 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at 19th Floor, North Point Industrial Building, 499 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. The meeting aims to seek approval of a new Master Supply Agreement dated 10 October 2025 between Datronix and Datatronics Romoland, along with associated annual caps for the three years ending 31 December 2028. The resolution proposes ratifying the agreement and authorizing any Director to take necessary actions to implement it.

Shareholders wishing to attend and vote are reminded that the form of proxy must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the meeting. The register of members will be closed from 25 November 2025 to 28 November 2025, inclusive. Besides, any joint holders’ vote will be counted in the order of names listed on the register of members, and all votes at the SGM will be taken by poll.

The board of Datronix comprises four Executive Directors—Mr. Siu Ronald (Chairman), Ms. Shui Wai Mei (Vice-Chairman), Mr. Sheung Shing Fai, and Ms. Siu Nina Margaret—and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Mr. Lee Kit Wah, Mr. Wong Wah Sang, Derek, and Mr. Won Chik Kee. Datronix’s company secretary is Ms. Leung Sau Fong.
