Mirvac Group's stock soared 5.96% during intraday trading on Wednesday, driven by the release of its robust first-half financial results.
The company reported higher fiscal H1 operating earnings of AU$0.063 per share, up from AU$0.06 a year earlier and beating analyst expectations of AU$0.05. Total revenue and other income also saw significant growth, rising to AU$1.51 billion from AU$1.27 billion a year earlier.
Further bolstering investor confidence, Mirvac Group reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 operating earnings guidance and announced an increased interim dividend of AU$0.047 per share, up from AU$0.045 a year earlier.
