China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited (abbreviated as CITIC Bank) has released the official reply slip for its 2026 Third Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (ESM). H-share investors registered on the Bank’s share register are requested to confirm their attendance or designate a proxy by completing and returning the reply slip to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) no later than Tuesday, 27 October 2026.

Shareholders must specify the exact number of H shares of RMB1.00 each recorded in their names when submitting the form. Participants wishing to deliver remarks during the meeting may briefly state their intention and the expected speaking time on the reply slip; registrations will be arranged subject to the meeting’s time constraints.
