Hong Kong Exchange filings reveal that on September 15, Wang Yusuo, Chairman of the Board for ENN Energy (02688), increased his shareholding by acquiring 116,000 shares.

The purchase was executed at a price of HKD 49.2790 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 5.7164 million.

Following this acquisition, the Chairman's latest share count stands at roughly 397 million shares, which corresponds to a 35.05% ownership percentage in the company.
