LONGFOR GROUP (00960) announced that as of the end of August 2025, the group achieved cumulative total contract sales of RMB 45.74 billion, with contract sales area of 3.496 million square meters. In August alone, the company recorded total contract sales of RMB 4.73 billion and contract sales area of 414,000 square meters. For the month of August, contract sales attributable to company shareholders reached RMB 3.39 billion, with corresponding sales area of 310,000 square meters attributable to shareholders' equity.

The group added one new land reserve in August 2025, with total construction area of 24,700 square meters, equity construction area of 10,600 square meters, and equity land price of RMB 158 million.
