Due to work adjustments, Ms. Sun Baojie has resigned from her roles as chairman, non-executive director, chair of the nomination committee, and authorized representative. Similarly, Ms. Cui Ping has resigned from her position as non-executive director and audit committee member. The resignations will take effect upon shareholder approval of new non-executive directors at the general meeting. Additionally, on December 11, 2025, Mr. Nie Sen and Mr. Li Zhen were nominated as non-executive directors of the ninth board, pending shareholder approval at the general meeting.
