PACIFIC LEGEND announced that on November 18, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber. Under the agreement, the company conditionally agreed to allot and issue, and the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 17.1 million subscription shares at a price of HK$0.17 per share.
