EAST BUY (01797) announced that Mr. Zhang Qichang has tendered his resignation from his positions as company secretary of the Company, authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for the acceptance of legal process or notices served on the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from the date of this announcement.

The Board of Directors announced that Ms. Song Xian and Ms. Ma Yongyi have been appointed as joint company secretaries of the Company, effective from the date of this announcement. Ms. Ma has also been appointed as authorized representative and legal process agent, effective from the date of this announcement.
