Country Garden Holdings Company Limited on 22 April 2026 completed the issuance of 500.00 million ordinary shares at HKD 0.60 per share under a Capitalisation Shares arrangement linked to a shareholder-loans equitisation agreement with Concrete Win Limited.

The transaction lifted the company’s issued share capital to 43.65 billion shares from 43.15 billion shares, representing a 1.16% increase. No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the issuance, and the filing recorded no share repurchases or cancellations.

All procedures were confirmed by the board to be in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant legal requirements.
