Shanghai HeartCare announces HKD100 million H-share buyback, targeting up to 1 million shares

Bulletin Express
06/29

Shanghai HeartCare Medical Technology Corporation Limited disclosed that its Board has approved an H-share repurchase plan of up to HKD100.00 million, covering a maximum of 1 million H shares. The initiative falls under the Repurchase Mandate authorised at the Company’s 2025 annual general meeting on 28 May 2026.

According to the filing, management considers the current market price does not fully reflect the intrinsic value of the Company. The buyback is intended to enhance shareholder returns and safeguard corporate value. All repurchases will be financed entirely from internal resources, with no reliance on external funding.

The programme becomes effective immediately upon completion of administrative procedures and will remain in force until 27 May 2027. Repurchased shares may be retained as treasury stock or cancelled in line with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs, the Company’s Articles of Association and other applicable regulations.

Shanghai HeartCare emphasised that execution of the buyback—including timing, volume and pricing—will rest solely with the Board and depend on prevailing market conditions. Shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
