EnGro Corporation Limited announced that its appeal against the Assistant Registrar’s decision to dismiss a stay of proceedings related to a winding-up application for one of its subsidiaries was heard and dismissed by a High Court judge on Apr, 07 2026.

The company said it will issue further announcements as developments arise. It added that the winding-up application is not expected to have any material impact on the Group’s consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
