On December 4, China Construction Bank (CCB) announced that its 2025 interim profit distribution plan has been approved at the second extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2025. The bank will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.1858 per share (before tax) based on its total share capital of 261,600,381,459 shares, totaling approximately RMB 48.605 billion. Of this amount, the A-share dividend amounts to about RMB 3.936 billion.

The record date for the dividend entitlement is set for December 10, 2025, while the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payout date will be December 11, 2025. Different tax policies apply to various types of shareholders.
